Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking recent graduate APC candidates or those with one year of practice experience or less, to join our APC Collaborative Teaching Pod within our Family Medicine Department in Auburn, MA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.Qualified candidates will be licensed in MA and may be a new graduate or have one year experience or less, working in primary care.
At the time of application, candidates must submit a letter of intent, outlining their interest in this opportunity and why they've chosen to pursue Primary Care. The letter should speak to: What do you hope to gain from this program? What is your goal as a Primary Care Provider?
The APC Collaborative Teaching Pod is a unique and innovative opportunity for learning Value Based Primary Care. Pod providers will work together to co-manage a panel of patients, supported by their supervising physician and rotating preceptors for each session. A didactics session will occur each month along with opportunities to learn from colleagues in medical specialties. The Teaching Pod will last for one year, with the potential for job placement within the organization after successful completion of the program. Placement will also depend on needs of the organization at that time.

Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Active DEA License
The salary range for this role is $109,500 to $164,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
