Job Description
Join our Process System Excellence (PSE) organization within the Sleep & Respiratory (S&RC) business unit by serving as a Business Capability Expert who is responsible for driving the enterprise transformation roadmap. Evaluate and enhance core business processes, lead cross‑functional collaboration, and develops end‑to‑end capability improvements across the Sales & Contract Management domain. Play a key role in enabling system and process transformation through requirement gathering, change request facilitation, testing support, and adoption tracking.
Your role:
- Evaluate business processes to uncover opportunities for improving business capabilities, creating detailed business cases and strategic plans for enhancement. Contribute to the development, modification, and execution of organizational policies that impact operations and may influence the broader organization.
- Organize workshops and cross‑functional meetings to ensure clear understanding and collaboration during capability implementation. Engages Central Functions, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and Local Process Owners/Experts to gather requirements that ensure business capability improvements align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive end‑to‑end capability roadmaps that ensure compliance with operational standards while optimizing value delivery, productivity, and profitable growth. Drive process improvements using process and value stream mapping to deliver efficient, customer‑centric processes that are intuitive and supportive of employee satisfaction.
- Analyze emerging technologies and industry trends to assess their potential impact on business capabilities and integration into existing systems. Drive communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed of new capabilities, changes, and enhancements, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
- Facilitate transformation activities including System Change Requests, defining functional requirements, supporting release planning, and enabling alignment between SMEs/Users and IT (Product Owner and Architect). Supports user story creation, UAT script development, dry‑run testing, user training materials, product quality (PQ) script creation, Non-Product Software System (NPSS) validation, and the development of metrics to track improvements, adoption, and process compliance. Review lessons learned to guide future capability enhancements and coach diverse talent to develop skills and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 10+ years (with a Bachelor's) or 5+ years of work experience (with a Master's) in areas such as Process Change management and delivery and in Business Transformation.
- Your academic degree is in Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- You have experience in healthcare with awareness of regulatory requirements relating to medical devices is preferred.
- You're able to facilitate process discussions with Subject Matter Experts, identify challenges in current workflows, and drive meaningful process improvements.
- You can translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and you thrive in environments where you must be self‑directed.
- You're comfortable engaging with both peers and senior stakeholders, building alignment and momentum across teams.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $121,500 to $194,000.
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $136,080 to $217,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
