The Mill Brook Animal Clinic is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Surgeon to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional surgical care while helping reimagine the veterinary experience in our community . Our engaged and diverse environment means you'll work in a modern, fully equipped hospital , provid ing exceptional surgical and pa tient care . As part of our team, you'll collaborate with a n experienced and positive team to provide the best GP surgical care to support the wellness and medical side of the house.Our team provides world class veterinary medical care in everything from wellness exams and vaccines to advanced diagnostics and complex surgical procedures. Seriously, we are the best GP practice in the Boston area. Our hospital has a wonderful work culture with a caring and dedicated team practicing high-quality veterinary medicine! WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work with h ospital leadership team to improve and expand the surgical offerings to serve our clients
- Perform soft tissue surgeries and dentals
- Celebrate the bond clients have with their pets while work ing to grow surgical practice
- Communicate with clients preoperatively and postoperatively
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree
- Ability to attain MA Veterinary License
- DEA License
- Minimum , 5 years of experience performing routine soft tissue surgeries in a general practice setting
- Minimum , 5 years of experience in general practice dental work , including complex extractions and g eneral p ractice level endodontic treatments
- Ability to grow and produce high-quality and high-volume surgery service
- Deliver 3-5 high-quality surgical procedures within an 8-hour time fram e
- Diagnose and treat pets with illnesses and injuries as necessary
