NoteForWork is a physician-founded async telehealth platform that issues legitimate short-term work and school absence notes for minor illness. We're growing our reviewer panel and recruiting independently licensed Nurse Practitioners in Full Practice Authority states.

What this is, in one breath:

Async only — no video, no phone calls, ever
No prescribing, no FMLA, no disability, no return-to-work paperwork
2–3 minutes per review; sign or decline within 60 minutes during your window
You set your availability windows (overnights and weekends especially valued)
1099 independent contractor — supplemental, not employment

Compensation: $10 per completed review (effective $150–$200/hour at typical pace).

Requirements

Eligibility: Independently licensed NP — sign and prescribe without a collaborative or supervisory physician agreement — in any of these states: AZ, CA, CO (after 750 supervised hours), CT, DE, HI, IA, ID, ME, MD, MA (after 2 years supervised practice), MI, MN, MT, ND, NE, NH, NV, OR, RI, SC, SD, VT, WA, WI, WY, plus AL and LA. If your state requires a collaborative or supervisory physician agreement, we're not able to onboard you right now.

Also required: clean disciplinary history.
